I’ve spent the last 8 years designing digital products that tackle complex, high-stakes problems across government, banking, and healthcare. At GovTech/Singapore Land Authority, I was the sole designer behind Singapore’s first end-to-end digital conveyancing platform—working closely with the tech team, civil servants, legal professionals, and external stakeholders to transform a multi-agency, paper-based process into a transparent, paperless, user-centred system. At OCBC, I co-led the design of a loan origination system that processes over $300B SGD in corporate loans, accelerating turnaround times and improving user satisfaction across multiple internal roles. I also worked in the healthcare space where I partnered doctors, caregivers, and data scientists to design a remote health monitoring platform for Parkinson’s patients—ensuring accessibility, trust, and clinical usefulness.
